Hello world, my name is Joseph S. Mason. I live in Fort Mil, South Carolina and I was borne on febuary 14th of 1994. I am Homosexual. I wanted to recently give blood at my school. But when I came to give blood. They refused to take my blood because I filled out "Homosexual" on the application to give blood. They told me "Homosexuals have more of a chance to have a sexually transmitted disease than strait people." I know alot of homosexual people and strait people. And both of us combined dont have AIDS, HIV, or any other sexually transmitted disease. We need to let America know that the Redcross is Prejudice in their ways of takeing blood. please take this pitch. Gays have been putting up with prejudice. SPEAK UP! Against the prejudice America. DId you know gays are only allowed marraige in fewly selected states?! Did you know that early in the years of homosexuality they use to think that there was a "Gay Gene" and thought it was cureable?! did you know that every day and every night at least one homosexual person is beaten, Herassed, or murderd for being gay?! speak up homosexuals of the world! and SHow the world! ITS OKAY TO BE GAY!! SHOW THE PREJUDICE OF THE WORLD WE ARE NOT AFRAID. SHOW THE WORLD GAYS ARE OKAY. PLEASE. NOT FOR ME OR YOU BUT FOR THE FUTURE GAYS OF THE WORLD!! ARE WE REALLY GONNA LET PREJUDICE RUN OUR LIVES? IM NOT!! So speak up against the Prejudice of the world and show them its okay to be gay and we are not afraid to show it.
