Joaquin Moraga Intermediate School has banned cell phones from students. this is unfair and unsafe. We want to allow cell phones as long as the parents and students sign a waver stateing that the school is in no way responsible for the damge and/or theft of the cellphone. however cell phones would have to be off and out of sight. There have also been severel cases of discrimination in the punishment of the rule. We hope you decide to support this rule.
