We believe it is an absolute travesty for any member of the Armed Forces to be forced to endure extreme financial, physical and emotional hardship due to an injury sustained while on Active Duty Training. Members of the Armed Forces risk their lives every day to protect and serve our country. We are appalled that every avenue has been blocked for Katelyn Seylaz, a member of the Navy Reserve, to receive disability pay and treatment for her painful injuries. If you believe that Ms.Seylaz deserves the right to have her basic needs met, please sign the petition below. No individual deserves to be forced to be threatened with homelessness, bankruptcy and chronic physical pain because of paperwork and "red tape."
