Justice For Metrolink Crash Victims

On Wednesday, January 26th 2005; 11 innocent victims, that we are aware of, lost their lives when two Metrolink trains (numbers 100 and 901) and a freight train were involved in a horrible tragic crash caused by a monster who irresponsibly parked his jeep on the railroad tracks. There should have only been one death in this incident, and he is in jail on suicide watch. In addition to the deaths, dozens of passengers were injured, some severely maimed for life by this mass murderer. We feel that if this mass murderer should happen to escape the death penalty that he should spend the rest of his life in prison with No Mercy doing hard labor without the possibility of parole.

Parking a vehicle on the railroad tracks is an act of terrorism and anyone doing so, or otherwise tampering with railroad safety (including running automobiles through signals at crossings) or the safety of any other public transportation system should be prosecuted as a terrorist.

The mass murderer who caused this tragic event is obviously a threat to public safety and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
