We, the undersigned, ask that you lend your assistance to Mark Vaughan, as he strives to attain a change of status to permanent resident of the United States.
Deportation from the USA is a real possibility.
The Affidavit of Support has been the problem area for my application and, though the form has been submitted twice before, my case has been denied.
Family members feel that due to economic conditions, they cannot now sign the form, again.
The website above clearly sets out the facts of the case and our intention is to gain public support for my residency.
Julie is American, I am English. I am 40 years old.
We were married in Minnesota in March 2007.
We own our home, with no mortgage.
We have no credit cards, or credit card bills.
We currently receive no State handouts or other aid, though Food Stamps for my wife have been applied for recently.
Neither of us has a criminal record.
My petition has the aims of gaining an injunction for removal from the country and to assist in acquiring a signed Affidavit of Support - the essential document that would allow a resubmittal of paperwork.

Please give Mark's long and trying case history the due consideration it deserves. Mark is a respectable resident, has contributed much to the lives of his family and friends since he has been residing, and is a true gentleman. We would hate to lose him.
