Recon is an Inf tradition...You cant stop it. Plus it speeds the game up and makes sure that those little campers at the end of each match can be found.

"Ghost talk" is a part of Infiltration game. All the old school players use it. INF is not C-S or whatever, it's different here.

Keep recon in INF. Communicationn is the key in this game. It is also the key in any military operation. Since we dont have any recon crew, air surpport, etc. It brings more input into the game. It is also usefull to build more solid tactics and it helps
