We, the undersigned, feel the "Earnhardt Family Protection Act" should remain as is and unchanged. We, the public, feel no autopsy photos, celebrities or other, should be allowed to be viewed by the public, certain exceptions allowed, in order to protect the family's right to privacy. We also feel, a families right to privacy should out way any other right when it comes to their family member being viewed either in print or on the Internet, without their or a judges consent. We also feel, if permission were to be granted to view certain autopsy photos, than a condition that the photos will not be posted on the Internet or printed in any newspapers needs to be adhered to in order to prevent the filing of charges for doing said act. We the undersigned, would like to make known, that we feel any authority changing the "Earnhardt Family Protection Act" in anyway shows no concern or care for a person's right to privacy and only cares about the presses right to freedom of speech and right to access public records. If by allowing one freedom to prevail so that another freedom can be achieved it needs to be the right freedom prevailing...A FAMILIES RIGHT TO PRIVACY.
