Koopa Troopa in Pokйmon

Dear Nintendo,
It has come to my attention that you have not added Koopa Troopa in your game series, "Pokйmon." I feel this is an infringement of my rights, I don't know why, but I feel it is. Therefore, you must take urgent action.
To sum this up:
Koopa = AWESOME
Pokйmon = AWESOME
Koopa in Pokйmon = MEGAWESOME.
As we all know, online petitions always work, hence the recent GSC remakes with every region and several you made up playable in the games, the gold-plated Nintendo Centre in every town in Europe, and pop star sensation Will Young (At the time) on the cover of 'Pokйmon Colossuem.' I have no doubt you'll be as efficient on this case.
If for some unlikely reason this online petition doesn't sway the matter, me and my large circle of freinds will stage a boycott in protest of not being able to use a Koopa in the up coming games. However, you know as much as we do this will quickly do vanish on the eve of the new Pokйmon games.
