Law Against Putting Animals Asleep illegal

We need to make putting animals to sleep illegal. Why you ask, Because Animals are just like humans. You can not kill an animal bacause it has been in the shelter for a long time and nobody adopted him yet. The Animals have feelings to, Just because the right owner has not come along to adopt him does not mean he deserves to die. Putting animals to sleep is cruel and wrong, and it should be illegal, so please just take one moment of your lives to sign my petition to save millions of lives of poor animal who deserve to live a long life.
