This article gives the entire explination. However, the general overview is this. A "Behavior Modification Facility" called Tranquility Bay attempts to brainwash children into being "good children". What is known to the public is enough to make me personally wonder. The headmaster has allowed one journalist in since 1998, parents are forced to sign a waiver stating that the facility is not responsible for any harm the child may incur while at the place, and there is no set term limit. These things alone almost seem deplorable...the article gives an even worse description.

This place is an abomination and needs to be shut down! This is just an excuse for people who are bad parents to think that they're correcting their mistakes-- they're not. Preventing a child to act or to think like a normal human being should be a crime.
