It is our sincere belief that the BBC 6 Music presenter Asha should be removed from one of the station's flagship shows, the 6mix. While Asha clearly has radio presenting talent, we feel this talent would be better expressed in a regular radio show in a different slot, rather than in a show that is allegedly dedicated to a mix by a famous DJ. It is also our belief that, once introduced, said DJs should be allowed to continue without interruption until their allotted time is up. We are however happy for necessary statements from the presenter to remain, (those that explain what the show is and who is DJing for those who have recently tuned in), in a similar style to Pete Tong's minor interruptions on the Essential Mix on Radio 1. In addition, interviews conducted with the DJs before their mix should be undertaken by informed interviewers who are aware of said DJs work.
