Manifesto contra o projeto de ascensão funcional nos cargos do Poder Judiciário

A FENAJUFE e o SINDJUS/DF estão prestes a encaminhar projeto de lei ao Congresso Nacional com a proposta de ascensão funcional e/ou transposição dos cargos de nível médio para uma carreira de nível superior, sem a realização de concurso público.
Nós abaixo-assinados, cidadãos brasileiros, potenciais candidatos aos cargos de nível superior e cientes de que deve prevalecer o princípio constitucional do concurso público de provas ou provas e títulos para o ingresso no Serviço Público, conforme preconiza a nossa Constituição Federal, nos manifestamos contrários a esse ou qualquer outro projeto de lei ou de emenda constitucional que tenha por objetivo a "flexibilização do concurso público" ou que permita qualquer tipo de investidura derivada no Serviço Público.
