Max Media Dock .gba Homebrew

This petition is in regard to the features of the Max Media Dock and Max Media Player products manufactured by Datel Design & Development Ltd. The feature in question is the claim made on the Max Media Player DS Mini Site (http://us.codejunkies.com/mpds/index.htm) that suggests the capability of playing homebrew in .gba format on said devices. The text is as follows:
GBA Emulation
As well as being the ultimate DS home brew solution, MAX Media Player is perfect for running GBA programs. GBA Emulation is a News and downloads site for the Nintendo GBA Micro & Game Boy Advance.
This statement leads one to believe that it is possible to run files in .gba format from the Max Media Dock and Max Media Player devices. This is not the case. When people that have purchased the aforementioned devices have contacted Datels support services in regard to this functionality they received the response:
Max Media Player is only capable of running these [.gba] files if properly formatted to the .nds file type. Any files properly formatted to this type should be able to be played on the device.
The problem with this response is that neither Datel nor anyone else has released software that is capable of achieving this. As a matter of fact, the only way for someone to convert a .gba file to .nds format is to recode the program manually. In fact, all of the homebrew listed on the site that is linked to (http://gbaemu.dcemu.co.uk/) is entirely incompatible with the products mentioned in this petition.
In conclusion, the undersigned see the lack of this functionality as misleading, to say the least, and ask that Datel implement .gba homebrew compatibility for the Max Media Dock and Max Media Player devices as soon as possible.
