Monopoly Streets multiplayer with one controller

We the undersigned feel that in having spent the money for Monopoly Streets on Wii,PS3 and Xbox 360 in the hope that we could enjoy Monopoly as it is intended, it needs to be updated/patched so that one controller can be used for all four players.
At the moment you need four controllers just to do one button presses in order for your whole family to enjoy what would be a fantastic game.
My dad bought this game thinking that we could share the one controller that I own (I don't have 35-40 a piece to spend on controllers for one game) and instead was really disappointed to find that one of us had to sit out (I managed to borrow 2 other controllers from nearby friends) each time we wanted to play.
I'm sure they're other families and groups of friends who don't have four controllers but do have four eager players.
There are not four pairs of dice so why should we need four controllers.

Why wouldnt they tell you that you need more than one control?? We got it for christmas and now we can't play as a family, so not happy.
