The citizens of Pakistan (living in Pakistan and off-shore) in view of the history of the Pakistani political scene, hereby declare that the political party Muttahida Qoumi Movement (MQM-A) led by Mr. Altaf Hussain, is a terrorist organization that is actively involved in acts of mass murder, kidnapping, land snatching, torturing, instigating gang wars in Karachi, street crime, car lifting and other various acts of terrorism and crime.

The party's activities and it's sub-organizations should be banned immediately.
