After watching the live finale of The Apprentice, we completely agree with your decision to hire Randal as an Apprentice. He is a talented individual and will provide your organization with excellent service.
However, we were very surprised to hear Randal's answer at the end of the final boardroom. When asked whether you should hire his former teammate and co-finalist Rebecca, he recommended you not hire her. We could not disagree more.
Rebecca has been an outstanding applicant during the entire job interview. There have been numerous chances for her to succumb to pressure. She met each difficult moment with her determination and desire for success. Several of Randal's three victories were incumbent upon Rebecca's performance. Furthermore, she outplanned Randal on the final task and helped gain the support of Yahoo! and their very generous donation.
Time after time Rebecca has proven herself to be an effective leader and manager of talent. She finds diamonds in the rough (Toral) and makes them perform better than anyone could have imagined. She is thoughtful, strong-willed, and extremely intelligent. In sum, she would make an outstanding addition to the Trump organization.
We submit this petition to urge you to make the best decision for the Trump organization: hire Rebecca to complete the second task in Jersey City.
