MSN Messenger Problems

This petition is in regard to the problem MSN MESSENGER users are experiencing in accessing your service, and in extreme cases, not even having access to their hotmail accounts via your website. We have been encountering this problem for over 48 hours since Wednesday 4th July 2001. So far none of the those listed have recieved any word on why this problem has occurred, or when you expect to have the service up and running.
With the size of your company and the amount of employees that you have got on your pay roll, I am sure at least one of theses employees could have sent out a global E-mail to all hotmail and MSN MESSENGER users explaining what is happening. This would take about 5 to 10 minutes of the persons time and would keep all of the users informed and not in the dark over your service.
I would hope that in the future, that you will have more care for your users. After all, if it were not for us, you would not have a job or a place in the global economy.
