This is a most frustrating, annoying situation. No advertising warns that 64 bit is NOT supported and only when you get the product, look over the box, do you find in fine print that the 64 bit OS is not supported. Then you also get that friendly piece of

It's very disappointing to receive an SCSA4601EU as a present only to find it will not work on XP 64. As a consultant, I really need this type of solution. But it's worthless without software.

It is abhored that you sell this product and do not mention that it is not Vista nsupported. You should arrange e recall, reimburst all impacted customers or simpkly garner the necessary support. If you do not act soon, I am sure your business will begin
