New Hours for BC Place Billboard

We the undersigned believe that the BC Place LCD billboard, located on the Georgia Viaduct, should not be operated between the hours of 7:00 pm and 7:00 am. The newly installed screen is a disruption to normal day to day activities. The bright flashing lights flood into private homes, common areas and outdoor spaces well into the evening. A new schedule for this billboard is needed for the well being of its neighbors.
