New tv.com rules and regulations

We are or have been numerous users of tv.com we feel the rules and regulations are quite unfair and need to lighten up.Here are the the new rules and regulation we would like to suggest:
TV shows forum rules:
1.No Bashing
2.Don't post offensive messages
3.Stay on topic
4.Petitions are allowed
5.VS topics such as ppg vs winx club will also be allowed
Off Topic forum rules:
1.Petitions are allowed
2.Game topics are allowed
3.Bored Treads are allowed but only if they don't get outta hand
4.VS topics are allowed
5.Don't talk about tv shows what so ever in the off topic
6.Humor topics are allowed as well
7.Bans will only be 1-3 weeks
All other forum rules:
1.Petitions are allowed
2.Only stick to what the board it meant for
3.No offensive topics.
We also feel that those numorus people that were banned from tv.com forums should be allowed back as well.
