No Digital Judging

Dear Mrs. Helen Yancy and the PEC,

We understand that the PEC has approved the addition of digital judging in the future. We disagree with the judging in a digital format. We think that photographic prints are the only thing left of true photography. Please keep print judging just that, print judging. Everyone loves to look at the print exhibit and get up close to the prints. We see some of the highest quality images ever produced in competition. We look at the prints to see color, contrast, sharpening, saturation and detail up close. We wont be able to see this with some type of a digital exhibition. Please consider the photographers, labs, and vendors worldwide that rely on our print competition to stay in business. Please take this out of the future competitions and bring us back to the photographic print competition that we all know and love.
