Not enough justice for the affected lower Social and Economic Classes

This petition is started due to the accident on Marine Drive, Mumbai, where a man driving a Porsche banged into a motorcycle delivery boy, Ain-Ul-Haq, for the restaurant Zaffran, at around 4 AM on Monday, the 18th of April. The driver of the Porsche, Ankesh, has been let out on a mere Rs. 5000 Bail, and was intoxicated with alcohol, and eyewitnesses claim that he was 'reeking of alcohol.' Ankesh has only been booked for been booked under Sections 185 (drinking and driving), 279 (rash driving), 338 (fleeing from accident spot) and 134 registered at Marine Drive police station. There is no crime even remotely mentioned of his endangering lives, hospitalizing and almost killing another human being. Although this petition has started for the injustice specifically to Ain-Ul-Haq, it is aimed at severing this divide in justice between the rich and the poor. There have been innumerable accidents such as these, and this injustice should no longer be tolerated. Please Support our cause, and we may be able to bridge this divide.
