It is for the betterment of the Cedar Valley that Peregrine Financial Group relocate from Chicago to Black Hawk County. The benefits of this project exceed the costs to a small group of residents. With the exception of a tiny minority of citizens living near the proposed office building, the rest of the residents of Black Hawk County will benefit from this project. Therefore, the proposed development should be allowed and the rezoning done.
