Dear Mayor Wynn:
We (I), the undersigned owner(s) of property affected by the requested zoning change described in the referenced file, do hereby protest against any change of the Land Development code that would zone the property to any classification other than GR-Community Commercial.
The proposed zoning change would allow a bar to operate from a location that has a very isolated parking lot where illegal dumping and poor maintenance issues already exist, and it is immediately adjacent to single-family residences. The inability to easily view and monitor the area makes it especially inappropriate for use by any alcohol-sales dependent business. We (I) ask that you and the City Council vote to deny the proposed zoning change.
