We, the undersigned, ask that Game do not cancel their 10 Day Return Policy.
We understand that it has been misused by a number of people and ask that the 10 day refund be cancelled but the 10 day, 2 time exchange, be maintained as it is only fair.
As much as we hate to state this, Gamestation is a major competitor for our monies as they also have no 10 day return policy but have cheaper prices and more credit for trade-ins, thus will become our mainstay for purchases if this does go through. Also, the many cheaper Online stores (such as Play.com) would become another outlet for our purchases.
So to surmise:
- Cancel the 10 day, no quibble refund.
- Maintain the 10 day, 2 times exchange of game.
