The State vs. Kenneth Ray Wheeler
On October 27, 2005, 20 year old UC Berkeley junior Christine Phan Dao was killed in a tragic car accident that could have been prevented. We, the undersigned, are seeking to prosecute the assailant, Kenneth Ray Wheeler, to the fullest extent of the law without possibility of parole on charges of, but not limited to:
Manslaughter/murder (degree to be specified)
Negligent homicide
Gross vehicular manslaughter
Criminal negligence
Speeding
Driving while intoxicated
It is absolutely imperative that justice be served not only for Christine but to ensure the safety of the lives of the American people. It is our responsibility to ourselves, our friends, our families, and our country, to see to it that this man, Kenneth Ray Wheeler, an AC Transit worker, not be allowed to further endanger anyones lives, given his gross errors in judgment. He must be held accountable.
