Petition to save Democracy in Nippissing-Temiskaming

We the Undersigned request that the results of the Federal Election, in the district of Nippissing-Temiskaming on the date of May 2, 2011 be declared null and void. Many people in this district were sent to wrong polling stations, were not on the voters list at their polling station, were told to vote in the incorrect district. Whether or not the intent of these misdirections were malicious remain to be seen. The difference in the vote was only 18 votes. With this in mind it it only fair the the residents of Nippissing-Temiskaming that a bi-election be held forthwith. Whether malicious or not, the fabric of our demacracy was unjustly affected in the 41st general election. We ask you, Stephen Harper, to do the right thing and call a bi-election for the district of Nippissing-Temiskaming.
