We, Playstation 3 owners, hereby request you to extend the warranty on Playstation 3, on consoles that experience the common blu-ray drive failure, to three years (Like Microsoft did with the X Box 360). We Playstation 3 owners feel that this problem is becoming a regular occurrence and therefore request that immediate action be taken to rectify the situation which a large percentage of PS3 owners are experiencing both during and after the warranty period expires.

Blu-ray stopped reading any discs at just over 1 year old i.e. just out of warranty. Have bought an xbox instead.
