Employee's of Convergys Ottawa are demanding a public apology for the statements made by CTV reporter Paul Brent in article:

No specific individuals were noted as being quoted for saying such. As a result employees of Convergys have been publicly slandered and fear using there most recent job experience at Convergys for future job endevours would be detrimental.
