It is now plainly evident that Atari had deceived and swindled their customers of their funds by releasing a gaming product that was known to be faulty and defective from the get go.
With so many customers not being able to play this game even on their top end systems, the Atari folks must have known the game was bust before they made the conscientious and immoral decision to actually sell it to the market!
Soon upon receiving first batch of complaints, Atari were prompt to acknowledge the issue; as they certainly knew about it beforehand. Yet, now over two month hence, not much has been completed in terms of addressing the issue. While their promises of immediate patch came and went, their loyal customers where left hanging in suspense.
Therefore, all things considered, we call on Atari to initiate an immediate refund program. By the looks of it, they are either unable or utterly incompetent to be able to make the title work for the PC platform. Clearly the only immediate remedy is to return the illegally gained money back to where they came from - the customers.
Let this petition be a lesson and forewarning to other gaming publishers who dare to mislead the gaming community and cheat them out of their hard earned dollars. We, the gaming community, will sand by our moral right to products that operate as advertised!
