Regulamentação da EC nº 29

Regulamentar a Emenda Constitucional 29 é uma necessidade para a manutenção do Sistema Único de Saúde no Brasil. Tramita no Congresso Nacional um Projeto de Lei Complementar (1/2003 - atualmente na Câmara dos Deputados) para destinar EXCLUSIVAMENTE para a área da saúde 10\% (dez) porcento da receita corrente bruta. Receita corrente bruta é a soma de todas as receitas (impostos, contribuições etc.). Um dos objetivos dessa regulamentação é evitar que a Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal, e seus limites de despesa e endividamento, seja utilizada pelo dirigente público como desculpa pelo não repasse dos recursos obrigatórios outro objetivo é aumentar o financiamento e o repasse de verbas para a manutenção do SUS
