Subject: INTERVENTION IN RELEASING INTERNET VISITORS:

Mr. Truong Quoc Huy, Truong Quoc Tuan, Truong Quoc

Nghia, and an American Citizen, Ms Pham Ngoc Anh Dao aka

Lisa Pham.

Dear Sirs and Madams:

The Website PalTalk.com is hosting several rooms of different languages, where people from all over the world can exchange their viewpoints on different topics.

We are operating a room called The Voice of People in Vietnam and Abroad (Tieng Noi Tu Do Cua Nguoi Dan Trong Va Ngoai Nuoc). Our visitors are from VN and different countries who can voice their opinions either anti or pro-communism or sometimes they just describe the hardships that they have been through as well as the better lives they have made for themselves in democratic countries. This is just a mean to practice our freedom of speech.

However, we have just been informed that some of our room visitors in Vietnam were arrested by the Security Police Office located at (dia chi~ cua~ an ninh canh sat tai. Thanhpho hochiminh), for alleged felony as attempt to conduct a coup detat.

This kind of felony is just a false accuse that the Vietnamese Communist authorities always use in their scheme to suffocate the peoples right to freedom of speech.

On October 19, 2005 about 50 security police came to Mr. Truong Quoc Huys house located at 603 Nguyen Kiem street, Phuong 9, Phu Nhuan District, Hochiminh City, with an arrest order to detain Mr Truong Quoc Huy for the above alleged felony.

However, for some unknown reason, they also arrested his two brothers Truong Quoc Tuan and Truong Quoc Nghia, and also Mr. Truong Quoc Tuans girl friend named Pham Ngoc Anh Dao, aka Lisa Pham, an American citizen, who just came back to Vietnam to visit her boyfriend.

In his visit to the United States in June 2005, Vietnamese Prime Minister Phan Van Khai pledged with President Bush that his regime will respect the peoples right to freedom of speech and religion, we sincerely ask you to intervene and demand the release of our American citizen, Ms Lisa Dao, as well as Truong Quoc Huy and his brothers Truong Quoc Tuan and Truong Quoc Nghia, in the spirit of the pledge made by Prime Minister Khai.
