Remove Jim Downs from G4tv

Alright. If you're hear, then you should know what this is all about. Jim Downs, the producer of Pulse and Arena, has recently been said to have been doing/saying things to hosts Wil and Travis, causing them to leave. Wil has gathered evidence, in case of any falsery from Mr. Downs.
This event is very unrespectable, and before any further destruction is caused, I believe Jim Downs should be fired, and have his producing privledges taken away.
Mr. Downs has yet to state his story, and until then, no ~real~ assumptions can be made. So, if you would like to wait until he does so, or if it's been too long, that's fine.
As a G4 forum member, and watcher, I am very disgusted about this, and I would like it stopped. G4tv deserves better producers, who don't scream and make unprofessional comments, causing hosts that we cared about to leave. Before any more hosts leave (Ronilyn Reilly for example) I would like this stopped.
