Remove Shozoku from the SubGM List

Dear GM's and readers of this petition,

We all treasure Redemption Online and Reincarnation servers as a source of fun and entertainment. With the daily work of GM's and Nasedo's codings, we are able to enjoy playing these servers. GM's and assigned Sub GM's, or Eyes and Ears, help keep the game a safe and enjoyable place for everyone.
We hope that since they are trusted with this responsibility, GM's and Sub GM's will not abuse their powers for their amusement and theirs alone.

However, Shozoku, our newest sub GM, has been abusing his powers as many of Reincarnation players agree.

Shozoku had abused his powers as a sub GM in Pk towns, over the broadcast, and among the general discussions of players.

We, the Reincarnation players, are fully aware that ____ town is a PK town, and one of the most famous Pk towns of all. We were also informed, that anyone can pk anyone as it is a PK town. We were also in the mistake of knowing that no one will be banned or kicked from the game for killing one another in a PK town(with the exception of the hackers) for any reason.
Why were we in mistake of this rule? Because Shozoku had shown us that he can kick us for killing another player in a PK town even though the person was not a hacker or an abuser of the system.
One day playerX killed playerY. Shozoku tried to kill playerX back, but the playerX killed Shozoku first. Shozoku had then @kicked playerX.
Later in the forums Shozoku (quote and quote) said,
"hmmm lets see..... if i remember right you said if you can kill someone you'll kill them.....well i see it this way, i can kick you so i did...... you don't like it bring it up with aki, or nas cause i can really careless...complain to someone that's going to care"
Kicking and killing is definitely not an equal statement. In this situation playerX had the privilege and chance to kill playerY and shozoku. Shozoku however had no right to kick playerX because playerX killed him or playerY in a PK town where even Akihito said PK was allowed. In that statement Akihito never said PK was allowed with the exception of subGM's. Especially when shozoku tried to kill PlayerX. PlayerX had the right to defend himself. Which, we the reincarnation players believe, was not worth getting @kicked for. This then was an abuse in SubGM power of Shozoku.

We are fully aware that SubGM's gets the ability to use /nb, or broadcast over the system to help them keep order in the servers while the Gm's are busy or not in the game to help people out. We are also fully aware that GM's or Sub GM's have no right to verbally abuse or put down another player unless the player was a bug abuser, hacker, or any player that was doing harm to the servers.
One day, PlayerK made a broadcast saying, "I'm stuck with other character" and Shozoku immediately put up a broadcast response with, "Stay stuck a bit longer because you should've known better."
We were also aware that Sub Gm's were supposed to help out the players in distress or with problems to the best of their abilities while the GM's were busy or not online. Many of us who heard the broadcast agree it was a harsh put down and not the right response at all. PlayerK was very much hurt and angered by Shozoku's response. PlayerK even told Shozoku how she felt about his response and he said that he didn't care, he was getting tired of warping people from payon and that if PlayerK wanted to complain, playerK should take it to Aki or Nasedo.
We do admit that GM's and Sub Gm's can get tired of warping people who made the mistake of going to Payon. However, all the GM's and SubGM's are nice about it. If they're tired, they just tell others to be patient. They never put down the player over the broadcast. Shozoku put down playerK over the broadcast. Another abuse in power and disrespect to a player.

We believe that GM's and SubGM's have no right to put down other players who are discussing stuff which amuse them to theirselves as long as it does not involve hacking, abusing a bug, or anything that harms the system.
However, one day when a group of players were making perverted jokes to each other and talking amongst themselves, Shozoku came in in the middle and put them down, saying that they were perverted and disgusting him. If he didn't want to hear, he had the power to @go or log off at the tip of his fingers. The players were offended at the sudden intrusion and put down. They weren't even talking to him, just keeping the jokes between themselves, which is perfectly legal, no? Shozoku was very disrespectful to the players.

Usually when we disrespect someone, in the end we say sorry, apologize and make up. However, when several players had confronted Shozoku about his lack of respect to players with less power than him, he had told them that he didn't care, and that the players should complain directly to Nasedo and Akihito. No tone of apology in his words, no hint of regret at his previous actions. We feel violated by Shozoku's power abuse and we hope sincerely that you would be able to help us, dear GM's.

Please remove Shozoku's powers as a SubGM and give them to another more respectful player. We do not want him to get another chance as we already have confronted him and his response was rude and carefree about his actions. This does not deserve a second chance. We would like to have a more respectful and helpful SubGM, or no new subGM at all.

We do however recognize that Nasedo and the GM team have the final say in all the decisions to make and to be made.
