We, the undersigned, wish to petition Rudgate Manor to stop the rent increase and roll back rent to a more reasonable amount. The reasons for this are; 1)We pay for the water, 2)We pay the property tax, 3)We pay for refuse, 4)The roads are very bad, and finally, and most important, The cement on the individual lots are in need of repair(slabs for sheads, driveways, and sidewalks.).
