We, the below undersigning are customers with residence on the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, a self governed territory under the jurisdiction, sovereignty and trade laws of the United States of America.
We have learned that as a matter of store policy, Amazon.com does not sell electronic appliances and other products (like computer software and hardware) to customers who provide a shipping adress located in Puerto Rico.
We respectfully understand that such policy is unfair and nocive to the full excercise of our rights as consumers with an Americian citizenship. We also understand that so far, Amazon.com has not stated a grounded reason or a law complying fundament to establish such a policy.
It is the desire of the below undersigning, that Amazon.com changes its retail policy to comply with the full consideration and respect of potential customers residing in Puerto Rico, letting them buy electronic appliances and or similar products (like computer software and/or hardware) from your inventory and/or any authorized franchised or independent seller offering suchs good for sale through your service.
