We stand together, united on a solid front to say that radio play lists have gone far enough. There is no more need to push the envelope; the envelope has been torn in two. We say enough to the lack of moral integrity with radio programming. We stand together to say we will not support radio that continues to play music with misogynistic overtones, blatant in your face sexuality, forcing alternative lifestyles on individuals, and celebrating behavior that is detrimental to communities. These play lists are forced on the masses with no regard to children, families, or plain basic ethics. There are some stations that even claim to be for the people or the station for the community with absolutely no regard for humanity. We demand that accountability and action be made to correct radio that is intentionally corrosive under the guise that this is what people want to hear, when no other music is given as a choice. This is a call to action to all parents, community activists, children, students, and concerned citizens to help restore balance to radio.
