Road to Avonlea Spin-off

We, the fans of the "Road to Avonlea" TV series, hereby request the creation of a "Road to Avonlea" spin-off series, or mini-series. We would specifically like to see a "prequel" series involving the adults from the original series as children. During "Road to Avonlea" there were many references made to the adults' childhoods. In fact, there are enough story lines mentioned in passing to create a spin-off series.

We realize that in a series such as the one suggested, it is obviously impossible to have the same actors who portrayed the adults on "Road to Avonlea" play the same characters as children/young adults.

We also realize that the original "Road to Avonlea" set no longer exists and that a new set would probably look different from the old one.

As evidenced by AvCon (Road to Avonlea Convention), "Road to Avonlea" still has a strong fan base, and we commit to view and support the series described above.
