Bank of America Corporation has recently ended all support for the Apple Computer, Inc. Safari Web browser. As a result, many Apple Macintosh users are now unable to access many portions of the BankofAmerica.com website - indisposable options such as Money Transfer and Previous Balance, and the Customer Service "Contact" page.
In response to the many complaints BoA has received thus far, they suggest using the archaic Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Browser.
