Safety For Our Children

On August 8th,2001 ,my son and his step daughter drowned at Willow Grove park in Longview,Washington.There were no life jackets available to prevent this tragedy in a County Recreational park..They have them now but too late for my son and his daughter.The County has created a public hazard by not protecting its citizens.Please help me get the word to create a law to make it mandatory that all wear a life jacket,so no one else will have to go through what our families have gone through.This facitity is in a area where it is the main shipping line for the columbia river thus putting a further danger on peoples lives.My son and his daughetr were sucked under by a tug boat that was too close to the swimming area..Please help me..
