Save Dъn Laoghaire Festival of World Cultures

Dear Dъn Laoghaire Rathdown Councillors and County Manager,

We were concerned to hear that the future of the Festival of World Cultures is under threat, and strongly urge you to keep it as a flagship cultural project for Dъn Laoghaire.

Over the years, the Festival has become a well-recognised and successful event that promotes cultural integration and the arts. It allows the people of Dъn Laoghaire and elsewhere to listen to the best of world music, and experience cultural activities from across the globe.

While acknowledging that finances are stretched, we urge you to ensure that the Festival of World Cultures continues, even if it has to be in a slimmed-down format.
