SAVE OUR REGENCY LAKES CLUBHOUSE

This petition is to demand that our Regency Lakes clubhouse once again be allowed for rental to homeowners for get togethers, parties, functions, etc. We Regency Lakes owners feel that is our right to be able to rent our clubhouse. Upon originally purchasing our homes we were told that the clubhouse was available for rental to us as homeowners. We, Regency Lakes homeowners feel that it is unjustified to continue to pay legal fees to our Regency Lakes attorneys to resolve this dispute. This is unfair and unjust. If it is a matter of an insurance liability, the individual homeowner that chooses to rent the clubhouse can purchase a low cost ($25.00) event insurance policy which would make this current clubhouse dispute obsolete! We, as homeowners want our clubhouse reinstated for our use!!!!
