During the past year, Dosho Development took on a hopeful project in the Temescal area; the renovation of the four story building 4701 Shattuck Ave. New foundation, upgrades to meet modern building codes and sustainable environmental features now accompany the early 20th century building. The preservation of this building allows the classic architecture to remains timeless.

We believe this plan would be very profitable, secure, and simultaneously generate positive publicity for the community.
