We the undersigned strongly urge the Public Carriage Office to rethink the cuts and changes planned for Capital Call (CC) services in London. CC is relied upon by a growing number of disabled and older users and its removal from Kingston, Merton and Ealing without any prior consultation is very unfair.
We also protest at a cap being put on membership and the distance you can travel. Door to Door transport should not be the poor relation in Londons transport network. While the Door to Door review fails to produce any alternative service we want to keep the services that work!
