Stop Discrimination and Harassment at SUPERVALU Shop 'n Save

In March of 2005 Dane Harris, an African-American Muslim woman employee at the East Village Mall Shop n Save in Pittsburgh, was told we dont any tolerate religions here and her training for customer service was suspended. Shop 'n Save has told her that they dont tolerate this kind of discrimination, yet have not given an apology.
Shop n Save officials also told her at a meeting that she would not be retaliated against, but since her meeting she has been harassed by being scheduled to work on days she has made clear she is not available, and by not being allowed to use her breaks during Muslim prayer time. Neither issue was a problem before she complained to Shop n Save management.
I am urging SUPERVALU Shop n Save to:
issue a formal written apology to Dana Harris
issue a written assurance that Dana Harris or any other employees associated with her will not be harassed or retaliated against for bringing her complaint to management
abide by the existing policy of strictly prohibiting harassment based on a persons religion
