Stop Messageboard Bullies

I have witnessed the decline on AOL Messageboards for the two years I have been participating on them. The messageboards are grouped by topic and there is suppose to be a TOS(Terms of Service)agreement for the members who choose to post messages on them.However this TOS agreement seems to be just an empty threat as AOL allows Online Bullies to harass,insult,stalk their victims without consequences. The messageboards breed hate in the worst form.It is my belief that these messageboards should be closely monitored or extinguished since they are no longer used for their intended purpose,the AOL term for this is OT(Off Topic).I am approaching this issue from different angels.If you have witnessed this crime and/or have been a victim of online bullies,I ask you to please sign this petition to enforce the rules and regulations of The Terms Of Service agreement and to insist board monitors be actively present and prevent the escalting hatred and the out of control stalking .
