We have been informed that Mr. Farzad Samimi has been refused for the second time by the mministry for migration and asylum of Sweden and not been accepted as a political refugee.
Mr. Samimi was a worker activist prior to being forced to leave his country and upon his arrival in Sweden he took up party political activity against the Islamic Regime of Iran. He has also been a committed member of the IOIR (International Organisation of Iranian Refugees) and has been very vociferous for the cause of all refugees.
We respectfully request the ministry for migration and asylum of Sweden Government to issue a positive and expedited decision based on internationally recognised refugee standards for Mr. Samimi, his wife and their daughter
