Politicians talk a lot, and promise much - but always find reasons for not delivering. We the people of Hong Kong want actions, not words.
So we have a simple challenge for you, Donald Tsang you have talked the talk, now walk the walk. Put actions to your promises.
Clean up the water of our fragrant harbour, make it clean enough that you are willing to swim in it, swim from Central to Tsim Sha Tsui.

You have five years as Chief Executive to do this England has cleaned up the Thames, New York is cleaning up the Hudson So surely Hong Kong can clean up its harbour - you have money in the bank, make your legacy to Hong Kong, Donald - a clean vibrant harbour.

I swam in the Cross Harbour Race twice before it was stopped because of the pollution. Would love to do it again before I'm too old!
