Tejas Parmar Deserves Treatment

We, the undersigned, strongly urge the following to take immediate action to facilitate the recovery of Tejas Parmar, an Indian H1-B worker who was seriously injured in an auto-accident in New Jersey.

1. We strongly urge the Social Security Administration to facilitate funds such that Tejas can be treated, as is his right. As an Indian citizen and a bona-fide Social Security taxpayer in the United States, he should be entitled to the same Social Security benefits, at least for emergency medical purposes, as are available to United States citizens and Permanent Residents.

2. We strongly urge the Kessler Memorial Hospital to admit Tejas Parmar so that his injuries may be treated and his extreme trauma alleviated. It is the duty of a medical institution, which is representative of those sworn to the Hippocratic oath, to treat those that are suffering. Keeping in mind this sentiment, we strongly urge this Hospital to admit Tejas Parmar, who is in dire need of treatment.
