Telewest Digital Cable TV services in Tower Hamlets, Bow, London E3

I am writing this petition to Telewest because I want their services in my area, I am paying too much for Sky tv and I beleive that there are over 5000 people in this area that thin the same as well, they are not happy about paying Sky 41 a month. I looked at the Telewest website and saw that they are offering digital cable tv for only 15 a month, if people in my area know about this offer they will definately cancel their Sky and switch to Telewest digital cable tv. All I am asking is if Telewest would bring their services to this area. Tower Hamlets, Bow, London E3. If anyone is living in this are and want cheap digital cable tv then please sign this petition, don't waste your money on Sky Digital.
